John Hutchins

John has been a full time professional home inspector since 1997. John was previously an Environmental Health and Safety Consultant to the construction industry. John has a Background in Environmental Science and has recieved training in Industrial Hygiene. This provided him with an excellent background to enhance his background as a Home Inspector. John also has practical residential construction experience as a project manager and has performing work in many of the trades needed in the construction and remodeling. His training related to home inspection is extensive and he holds numerous certifications. He maintains active membership in professional associations related to home inspection and building industries. He is a trainer and advocate on topics related to home inspection and green building. John also offers litigation support and expert witness testimony for cases involving home inspection, building conditions or contractor concerns.
