I have been thinking about creating a blog for several years but wear many hats running my business. Taking the time to read the instructions and starting of a blog was slower than I had hoped. Computers are a tool for me and not a passion. My passion is Construction and Technologies related to the building industry. They say if you love what you do, you will be great at it. So this blog was delayed until this point in time. Well, I love what I do and love construction. I also have a passion for Energy, Green and Eco Technologies related to residential construction. That is why I am a HERS (Home Energy Rating System) Rater and trained GreenPoint Rater. I hope to have weekly entries on a variety of Home Inspection, Infrared Thermography, and Green/Energy for the residential readers.
