Residential Checkup Home Inspections is owned and run by John Hutchins and Ranae Williams. John is the Home Inspector and Ranae schedules the appointments and sometimes assists with the inspections. John became a Home Inspector after having to leave his position as a Evironmental and Health Safety Consultant. John became sensitized to some of the chemicals that he was exposed to and was not able to be continue. John's love of construction brought him to the home inspection field and John has been doing Home Inspections since. Our Business is based out of Pleasanton.

John and Ranae are avid baseball fans and are Oakland Athletics season ticket holders.  We have family and friends all around the east bay area. We both have lived most of our lives in the East Bay.  We are animal lovers and have two cats and one dog. While we do not have children, we enjoy spedind time with our neices and nephew.
